Method
- Cook green onions in oil until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until oil comes out.
- Add garlic and Korean chili powder, stir briefly.
- Pour in water, soy sauce, and beef stock powder.
- Boil for 8 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and bean sprouts, cook 3 more minutes.
- Adjust salt if needed and serve hot with rice.
