Paegaejang (Korean Green Onion Soup)

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Beef slices
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 150 g Bean sprouts
  • 150 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp Korean chili powde
  • 650 ml Water
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Beef stock powder dasida
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil a little

Method
 

  1. Cook green onions in oil until fragrant.
  2. Add beef and cook until oil comes out.
  3. Add garlic and Korean chili powder, stir briefly.
  4. Pour in water, soy sauce, and beef stock powder.
  5. Boil for 8 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts, cook 3 more minutes.
  7. Adjust salt if needed and serve hot with rice.
