Korean Tuna Tofu Stew

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 block tofu 300 g
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1–2 chili peppers
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp gochugaru
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 100–120 ml water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • salt

Method
 

  1. Layer onion, chili, and green onion in a pot.
  2. Add tofu, then tuna on top.
  3. Pour in all sauce ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  5. Simmer 5–7 minutes until slightly thick.
  6. Finish with sesame oil and adjust salt.
