Method
- Thinly slice the onions.
- In a large bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- Add the beef and onions to the sauce and mix well. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes if possible.
- Heat a large pan over high heat. Cook the beef in batches for better texture and less moisture.
- Once fully cooked, top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve hot with rice and fresh perilla leaves or lettuce.
