Method
- Boil quail eggs for 4–5 minutes, cool, and peel.
- Boil chicken for 10 minutes, then shred or slice.
- In a pot, combine soy sauce, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Add chicken, quail eggs, and garlic.
- Simmer for 10–12 minutes until flavors are absorbed.
- Add chili at the end and cook briefly.
