Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2-3 pinches salt
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Smash the cucumbers into chunks and remove large seeds.
  2. Add salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain excess water and gently squeeze. Do not rinse.
  4. Add all seasoning ingredients and mix well.
  5. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
