Ingredients
  

  • 500g g boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Korean rice cakes(tteok) optional
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang Korean red pepper paste
  • 2 tbsp gochugaru Korean chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Cook the chicken until golden brown.
  2. Add the sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Add the tteok and stir briefly.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and cover until melted.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
